3. Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)

Covered Positions: Locomotive engineers, conductors, train dispatchers, signal maintainers, maintenance-of-way employees, and mechanical employees performing tests or inspections on rolling stock.

4. Federal Transit Administration (FTA)

Covered Positions: Operators of revenue service vehicles, operators of non-revenue service vehicles requiring a CDL, dispatchers controlling vehicle movement, maintenance personnel for revenue service vehicles, and armed security personnel.
